Ingredients: Strawberries, Sugar, Lemon Juice, Pectin (dextrose, citric acid, fruit pectin)
Strawberry Jam
This classic is always a favorite. Ms Rachel's Jam uses delcious, fresh strawberries, lemon juice, a little sugar, and low sugar pectin. This sweet spread doesnt taste like it, but we do not add much processed sugar due to the strawberries already being so sweet. This is a good option if you are trying to use less refined sugars.
The jar is 8oz. It was processed by the water bath canning method making it shelf stable for 18 months. Once opened, keep refridgerated and it stays fresh one month, sometimes more. Discard if lid unseals, we would be happy to replace your item.
