The jars are processed by the water canning method, ensuring a proper seal and shelf life of 18 months (unopened).

The jars are shelf stable for 18 months from the date of manufacture (on bottom). After seal is broken (opened), refrigerate. It is good for a month, sometimes longer, in the refrigerator.

Due to the potential health risks, please reach out to us via email (msrachelsjams@gmail.com) to report this and we would be happy to exchange your product. Please do not consume if the seal has been broken and product was not refrigerated.

Once your order is placed, we will get to processing within 24 hours. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days. Total time should be a week out or less. We are not responsible for delays through USPS (ie weather, truck delay, etc). If ordering during holiday times, I would recommend ordering two weeks before you need your order in hand.
